Sophia Carlisle is a journalist with a passion for creative storytelling. She’s had the privilege of reporting in Arizona, Alaska, and most recently Minnesota, where she now calls home. 

Before leaving the desert, Sophia attended the University of Arizona, graduating with a degree in history. She works as an associate editor at Wainscot Media, managing regional lifestyle magazines across the East Coast.

Sophia also freelances, writing about pet and lifestyle products for outlets like US News & World Report. 

When she’s not working, Sophia enjoys reading, hiking, and playing with her adorable rescue Lyla.
